Avanti IsoWhey Sports Robbie Hucker crowned Tour de Taiwan Champion - Australian Robbie Hucker is crowned Tour de Taiwan Champion has he takes home the iconic yellow jersey after completing the five-stage race in a cumulative time of 15 hours, 16 minutes and 2 seconds on Thursday in Pintung, southern Taiwan.

Newly signed to Avanti IsoWhey Sports team, this is Hucker’s best result yet - winning his first General Classification title and racing in to claim gold in the final 146.26 kilometre stage of the race in a time of 3 hours, 52 minutes and 54 seconds. 21 year old Ben O'Connor from Avanti IsoWhey Sports scooped up third place, winning the white jersey for the best cyclist in the under-23 age category, with a cumulative time of 15:16:39. Overall, the Avanti IsoWhey Sports Team raced in with a cumulative total time of 45 hours, 50 minutes and 7 seconds, winning the Team Classification.

Tour de Taiwan is recognized by the Switzerland-based Union Cycliste Internationale as a 2.1-class race since 2012 and is part of the Asia Tour. 99 riders making up 20 teams took part in this year's Tour de Taiwan that started in Taipei on March 6.
