Weet Bix Tryathlon
31 March 2010
The event is open to everyone aged between 7 and 15, and consists of a swim, followed by a cycle and a run. There are no place-getters in the Weet-Bix Tryathlon, as the event is non-competitive and designed to encourage participation. Every entrant, both Team members and Individuals, receives a Weet-Bix Tryathlon Race T-shirt, a Medal and a Certificate.
Event entrants can enter as an Individual, which means you swim, bike and run (in that order), or as part of a Team. Teams can be made up of either two or three participants. For a Team of three, each team member will do one leg of the event, so either swim or bike or run; for a Team of two, one of the participants will do two of the three legs (swim, bike, run) and the other the remaining leg. Your choice!
