Back to Kutztown - the sauna

Well I am back in Kutztown now after being up at the Fitchberg Tour. All went well and I finished up 4th overall, after managing to complete the criterium in 38deg heat!!! They even allowed feeding during the hour long race that went around a 2km block in down town Fitchberg.
Craig and I arrived back to Kutztown last night about mid-night after the 5hr drive through 5 different states - Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York State, New Jersey and home to Pennsylvania. Its been 42deg here today!!! 106deg F on the town clock. We have been hiding inside with the aircon on most of the day. Crazy! Going from being too cold in Dunnos to train to being too hot here!!! Lucky for me it was a day to rest and recover before kicking back into training tomorrow.
