Warranty Manager
Braeside (Melbourne) Location
In this position you will be responsible for managing the daily processing of warranty returns and all aspects of our Service Centre operation for our AU dealer network.
The right person must have excellent technical knowledge in regards to bicycle mechanics, be analytical, and have good attention to detail and accuracy. Competent decision making skills are key, and previous experience within the bicycle industry is essential. ERP/stock management system experience, although not compulsory is desirable.
So if you pride yourself as being extremely knowledgeable on an extensive range of cycle brands, have a very high technical competency then we would like to hear from you.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Mt Wellington (Auckland) Location
Our Customer Service Team is responsible for providing excellent service to our Dealer network, non-account holders, and members of the public.
We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our Customer Service team at our Mt Wellington head office.
The successful applicant will;
· be confident and capable of working in a dynamic team environment
· be experienced in providing excellent customer service skills (ideally gained from a previous customer service role)
· have a great phone manner – polite & friendly at all times
· be computer literate in all MS Office applications
· have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· be able to learn and retain information and make on the spot decisions
· have experience in the bicycle industry with sound component knowledge
· hold a full NZ drivers licence as there may (on occasions) be a need to visit dealers or to provide support at Avanti sponsored cycle events.
