Sheppard Industries Ltd is Australasia’s market leading bicycle wholesaler. Our key brands are Avanti, Specialized, ABD, SUB and Raleigh.
Due to an internal promotion a position has become available for a Customer Service representative at our Mt Wellington, Auckland head office.
We are seeking someone who;
• Is confident and capable of working in a dynamic team environment
• Has strong customer service skills
• Is computer literate
• Can learn and retain information and make on the spot decisions
• Has experience in the bicycle industry with sound component knowledge
