Hamish is one of New Zealand's most successful and respected individual sports people. His accomplishments in triathalon include a gold medal at the Athens Olympics, 2 professional triathalon wins, 12 world cup race victories and Commonwealth Games bronze.
Hamish has been a dominant figure in all triathalons he has competed in and his success in sport cannot be put down to one outstanding performance. Instead it is his consistent dedication to the sport and the discipline to remain within the top ranking Triathletes in the world that keeps Hamish producing such outstanding results.
